With more than 10 years of childcare experience, Jana has worked as an in-house nanny and within childcare centres, giving her a practical understanding of what families need day to day and what quality care should look like.
Her background has shaped a sound knowledge of childcare management, childhood development, routines, safety expectations, and the fundamentals required to create calm, nurturing environments where children can thrive.
